SABOR FEST is a four-day Latin culture festival, blending food, music, dance and community. From daytime flavours to midnight rhythms, the festival brings together concerts, workshops, a vibrant artisans fair and experiences for all ages.

Organised in collaboration with Kraków Music.

A festival build on two simple ideas

A space to belong, connect and share.
Rooted in the Latin community of Kraków, SABOR FEST opens its doors to everyone—inviting cultures to meet, rhythms to blend and people to come together.

From slow, sunlit mornings to vibrant late-night rhythms.
At Hala Lipowa, the festival flows through the day—food, workshops and gathering—into evenings of music, dance and shared energy.

We are what we do, especially what we do to change what we are.

— Eduardo Galeano

This quote by Galeano has been close to the spirit of SABOR FEST from the very beginning.

Galeano spent much of his life writing about people and cultures often seen as “the other” — voices, histories and experiences existing outside the centre of dominant narratives. For many Latin Americans living abroad, that feeling can be familiar. But migration also changes perspective.

Living in another country means learning to see yourself through new eyes, while discovering how much we actually share with one another. Through music, food, dance, language and everyday encounters, identities evolve, mix and grow. That’s part of what SABOR FEST is about.

Not simply showcasing Latin American culture, but sharing it openly — creating a space where people meet, exchange and realise we may not be that different after all. From daylight flavours to midnight rhythms, the festival is an invitation to gather, connect and celebrate together.
