From slow, sunlit mornings to vibrant late-night rhythms.
At Hala Lipowa, the festival flows through the day—food, workshops and gathering—into evenings of music, dance and shared energy.

THURSDAY 11.06 (18:00)Kick off SABOR FEST with a football-themed Pub Quiz followed by a World Cup screening full of atmosphere and surprises. Expect special prizes for every Mexican goal and a crowd that feels like a stadium.

THURSDAY TO SATURDAYThree nights of rhythm, from open-format Latin sets to pure salsa energy. Led by DJ Yoruk (Mexico) and the local salsa community with DJ El Honguito—Thursday through Saturday.

FRIDAY 12.06 (20:30)Polish–Venezuelan energy meets iconic rock en español. Krakbrones will deliver a set of classics from bands like Soda Stereo and Molotov—followed by an afterparty that keeps the night going.

SATURDAY 13.06 (20:00)Psychedelic guitar, Latin percussion and hypnotic tropical rhythms collide in a live set inspired by cumbia and Latin tribal sounds.

SAT & SUNDAY (9:00)Slow mornings, bold flavours. A weekend breakfast experience across the food court at Hala Lipowa, featuring standout Latin street food by Del Jero.

SAT & SUNDAY (10:00)Connect through movement, rhythm and sabor. Workshops in bachata and body movement led by Hilary (Costa Rica), focused on musicality, expression and fun—open to all levels.

SAT & SUNDAY (10:00)Discover design, craft and culture. A curated market of Latin-inspired brands and creators, led by Heliocentri and Latinas en Polonia.

SUNDAY (14:00)A relaxed, welcoming space for all ages. Piñata workshop by Latinas en Polonia and kids animation in Spanish by La Tortuga. Designed for children so families can experience SABOR FEST together.
